I Met Her Yesterday… Now She’s Sailing With Me
I met Olivia on Bumble, and she was supposed to fly home to Poland today… but somehow I talked her into skipping her flight and coming sailing with me instead.
Before we head out, I wanted to take her to the Island Spirit factory here in Thailand and give her a first look at my brand-new yacht. I also decided to surprise the factory and see if the boat was actually going to be finished when they said it would be.
To my surprise, they told me the boat is being moved to the marina on Wednesday and should be in the water Saturday. After years of delays, setbacks, and waiting, this might finally be happening.
Olivia got her first tour of the boat, loved it, and seems excited to join the adventure. Now we’ll find out if this new crew setup is actually going to work.
