Tender Lift Control System Upgrade
In a bid to simplify our tender lift mechanism, we bid farewell to the complicated Robertson and Cane system. Rather than endure the intricacies of their design, we opted for a more user-friendly approach.
Creating a New Tender Lift Control System
To construct our custom control system, we incorporated waterproof micro switches, 3D printed parts, and strategically placed limit switches. These components work together to ensure precise lifting of the tender with minimal effort.
Installing LED Interior Lights
To enhance our boat’s ambiance, we embarked on installing LED lights in the salon area. This project not only improves visibility but also showcases our passion for maritime aesthetics.
/Kimu2019s Speaker Hole Plugging Adventure
In a true display of resourcefulness, Kim took on the challenge of plugging speaker holes that were left when the previous speakers were removed. This crucial step ensures a tidy and organized living space aboard our Leopard 50.

We are finally getting to the lift and light wiring. The lift has been a jerry rigged mess for longer than I care to admit but with the help of the 3d printer we make magic happen under the newly installed salon lights.
