10 MINUTE MEAL WITH BAIT SHOP SHRIMP//Madi's In The Kitchen-Episode 9

We are all stuck at home, and cooking your meal is going to give you something fun to do, not to mention it’ll save you a little money! Madi’s in the kitchen making shrimp scampi in 10 minutes! We aren’t even joking when we say 10 minutes, and we started with LIVE SHRIMP! Keep reading for the recipe!
Ingredients:
3 dozen shrimp
6 oz of shredded parmesan
1 bundle of fresh parsley
2 tb of garlic puree (you can substitute with a dash of garlic salt)
1 lb of angel hair pasta
4 tb of unsalted butter
2 cups of chicken stock
2 juiced lemons
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta.
2. Melt butter in the microwave in 10 second increments.
3. Mix together butter, garlic, chicken stock, and lemon juice – over medium high heat.
4. Cook shrimp in butter mixture until pink.
5. Add pasta and parmesan – mix together until parmesan is melted.
6. Add parsley for garnish. Serve immediately.
