First Trip to the Boatyard
We decided to pull Cavu out of the water to clean her bottom and replace zincs. While we have her out I’m going to compound and wax her hull. Patricia is going to do some detailed cleaning too.
One of my co workers is a big car guy and suggested I try Griots Garage 3 in 1 wax so I’m going to give it a try and see if it holds up. We plan on pull her back out in April and doing the same process.
Sailing CAVU
Patricia and Dave purchased a new 2021 Jeanneau 440, now they have to learn to sail, downsize their life and outfit the boat for bigger adventures. Sailing the Gulf Coast of Texas for starters while prepping to go much further. Videos of DYI Improvements and modification to Cavu and their True Kit Discovery 330.
