In this episode #15 we are super excited when lots of family boats begin to arrive in Georgetown. We meet up at the Chat N Chill everyday to play games, volleyball and a pig roast on Sundays.
We meet lots of new families and our kids make new friends.
We found out a fellow cruiser is missing after leaving to go spearfishing. Steve spends all morning searching with his drone to help find his dinghy. He locates it, and spends the day looking for the captain.
When they find him it is sad news. Steve helps a couple men carry him across the island. It was a very sad day in our community.
The next day we let the kids take the dinghy with all their friends towing. They end up at the chat n chill and eventually on our boat. It was the best day ever!
We head to the grocery story to stock up on food for Christmas. The following morning we wake up bright and early to head with 7 other boats to the Ragged Islands. We catch tons of fish (mostly barracuda) on the way. We had the best sail!
We arrive at Black Sheep anchorage.
Our new friends Eric and Will take us out spearfishing. Steve gets a hog fish!
We are so excited for the week.
