We sit down with Captain Louis and Jules while Freya was parked next to Aquarius for the second time in BOI Marina. We all had some wonderful nights together watching the sunsets, and having a few too many!
Part 1 – The boat tour – We walk the deck, and discuss with Captain Louis (or maybe it’s the real Captain Ron) what is important while blue water sailing. We also take a look at the interior, and talk about how they use Freya on a daily basis.
Part 2 – A conversation with Captain Louis, and First Mate and partner Jules! What’s important, and some cool sailing stories.

Sailing Aquarius Around The World
We are couple sailing around the world on our AMEL Super Maramu 2000 called Aquarius. We climbed career ladders, and enjoyed living in Southern California and we always loved traveling. One conversation during the dinner take a year off and go travel started shaping up. Without much of previous sailing experienced we decided to buy a boat and sail around the world, which we started in Caribbean in the beginning of 2017, and still sailing, hoping to circumnavigate the world!
