This Pearson 35 sailboat has a very soft deck. MAN, if only we had known that before making this trip!

We travel to Washington, NC, to check out a Pearson 35 sloop. It’s been described to us as being 100% ROCK-SOLID, no soft spots, completely refit, newer rigging, good sails, and it even come with a Yanmar 3YM30 with less than 1000 hours… all at a price of only $12,000!

Too good to be true, or DEAL OF THE YEAR?

We’ll just have to make the drive and see it with our own eyes to find out.
