LiFePO4 BATTERY BANK INSTALLATION | Unowix VS Battle Born & Dakota Lithium | Sailboat Story 210
We upgraded our battery bank with UNOWIX Defender X100 LifePO4 batteries. I’m SHOCKED at how light they are compared to the 62lb batteries they replaced and they’re packed with the same safety features as the Battleborn and Dakota Lithium equivalents. The installation went smoothly, aside from having to carry more than 300lbs of old batteries down the ladder to the car. We’re excited to put our new lithium batteries to use during our upcoming cruising season.
