Our Euro-trip took a turn! After selling our previous sailboat in Spain and hunting for our next floating home in France, we found our dream boat, a Beneteau Oceanis 45, so no more boat-viewing for us in Greece. We could instead enjoy a nice honeymoon and explore Athens, a new city for us both. Then we make our way home to Sweden to finally reunite with our dog Nora. ❤️ We also do some boating in Sweden and enjoy Swedish summer on the countryside. 🇸🇪

If you're new here, welcome! 🩵 We’re Linn and Erik, a recently married Swedish couple in our early 30s who quit our jobs, rented out our apartment, and set sail from Stockholm to the Mediterranean with our dachshund, Nora.
We started our journey on a 33-foot sailboat from 1980, which we later sold in Kiel. Shortly after, we upgraded to a Bavaria 37 (2000), better suited for the adventures ahead.

Having resigned from corporate careers in Stockholm, they successfully navigated the Baltic Sea, English Channel, and Atlantic Iberia to reach the Mediterranean. The crew manages their own digital cruising guide business while documenting the technical realities of off-grid sailing, cross-border yacht upgrades, and extensive offshore passage making.
