We head up to the 2019 Army/Navy Game in Philadelphia and investigate where the best Philly Cheesesteak is in the city. Sadly….. Army lost
Though there are dozens of steak shops, we narrowed our search down to three:
1. Jim’s Steaks – 400 South St, Philadelphia, PA 1914, in their original 1939 locations.
2. Geno’s Steaks – 1219 S 9th St, Philadelphia, PA 19147, open 24/7
3. Pat’s King of Steaks – 1237 E Passyunk Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19147, the self proclaimed inventor of the sandwich. Also open 24/7
Though each had their own styles that we showcase, Jim’s ended up being the winner.
