Legally in Colombia, we head out and explore the island of San Andres just in time for Christmas. We bid farewell to James to head back to the USA, and we spend Christmas Eve with a new friend that invited us to his local neighbor hood to show us who they celebrate the holiday. We try some local food and drinks, specifically the island’s dish of Rundon!
