This was a fun episode as I enjoyed Island hopping and Island life with a new breed of Islander…. . Many coastal towns and island communities are dying but this cluster of islands known as Kamishima ( 25 islands, 18 of which are uninhabited) is proactively attracting artists, entrepreneurs families, and retirees to move and bring their ideas with them. And amazingly, the longstanding islanders are welcoming with open arms. There is lots of energy and everyone talks about the good vibe! YOu will meet Matt and Momo as managers of the Sea Station, Nagi who works for the town helping people move to the islands. , Sam a boat builder, Daniel of Sea Japan, Rock Musician David Sinclair ( of `Caravan` Fame), and Mike and Shintaro who sing a song to Wahine.
