It’s officially the final countdown for our family of seven living aboard our 41′ sailboat! After months of upgrades, maintenance, and nonstop projects, we are so close to raising the anchor and heading back out to sea.
This weeks episode is packed with major installations and last-minute prep, including:
installing our new FLIR marine thermal camera
Upgrading engine gauges and sending units
Scrubbing the entire bottom of the hulls
Chasing down the final boat projects
pushing hard to finish before our departure window closes
Every day brings us one step closer to leaving port– and the excitement (and pressure!) is building.
