My 3 day sail with no autopilot was the last straw for me… I finally caved and spent a lot of money on a new autopilot.. and new Hydrovane parts. It’s no joke being alone at sea, and it’s time I have two functional self-steering systems on my boat. And.. while I’m at it, might as well tear some stuff up inside my boat.
