Over 30 knots of wind this time – easily!
We had quite a lot on!

3 mistakes:

1st – Jib backwinded the main so much that the boat pretty much heeled to windward resulting in the operator going off the back

2nd – Too much jib pulled us over into a capsize

3rd – not powering up enough resulted in getting flung onto the boat resulting in gaining a ‘power gouge’ in my leg – ouch!
