YACHT DELIVERY SPAIN & GIBRALTAR S1 E8
Are you a sailing enthusiast looking for an exciting adventure on the high seas? Look no further than our latest YouTube video, where we share our unforgettable experience of delivering a racing yacht from Vinaros to Gibraltar, with the guidance of RYA instructors.
Our journey began in Portugal, where we boarded a flight to Valencia before taking a train to Vinaros to meet our RYA instructor, Richard. Richard would guide us through the first half of the trip, providing us with invaluable knowledge and skills to ensure a safe and successful delivery.
As we sailed towards Gibraltar, we were joined by RYA instructor Rob Clarke, who took over from Richard and helped us navigate the rest of the journey. Alongside us were also Huub, who provided extended help as a fellow sailor throughout the entire trip.
This was by far the longest trip we’ve ever taken, and it was an incredible opportunity to sail on a racing yacht and fulfill one of our bucket list items: sailing through the straights of Gibraltar. We are so grateful for this unforgettable experience and the chance to learn from such knowledgeable and experienced instructors.
