Chasing the Wind: SAILING TO MARTINIQUE

This week, we left the stunning Pitons of Saint Lucia and set sail to Martinique. What began as a calm, serene passage grew into a sporty sail! With 20-25kn of wind and big seas, we dodged lobster traps, tacked our way into the anchorage, and were rewarded with a beautiful sunset while we ate charcuterie… does it get any better than that? 🌅🍷

We made it to shore to enjoy our first French pastry of the trip, then picked up our newly repaired sail bag… With an entirely replaced elongated zipper and additional fabric, we’re hoping our less-than-two-year-old Mack Pack sail bag will live on!
