Sailing life in the remote island paradise of Anambas! After more than a month offline we continue our sailing story here on followtheboat. It’s a cracking one too: perfect reefs, clear waters, deserted islands. Imagine all the clichés of a tropical paradise with palm trees and white-sand beaches, but without tourists, hotels or cars; that’s pretty much the Anambas Islands.
This is the beginning of our sailing around the world adventure in this astonishing, hidden place.
But first of all, we had to avoid waterspouts and collisions on the 36 hour passage from Tioman.
