Kicking Cancer’s Butt – a real time update on Rob’s cancer treatment & our sailing plans.- Ep 28

Followers of @Dreamtimesail will be aware that all our cruising plans went out the window back in May when Rob was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. In this video we give a real time update of what’s gone on since then with his treatment, surgery and our re-jigged plans for the future. It’s a break from the normal sailing content that we usually post every second Friday. Like most YouTube channels, our episodes are produced with quite a delay as when we are out sailing we shoot far more footage than we could ever keep up with trying to produce “current’ shows all the time. So the good news is that we still have plenty of sailing adventures still to bring you from our last season cruising the many tropical delights of Australia’s Great Barrier Reef on our Whitby 42 ketch, Our Dreamtime. Normal transmission will resume on Friday week with Episode 29.

We’d also like to send a massive thank you to the huge number of people who reached out to us offering support, particularly those that have lived through similar challenges and provided so much encouragement and reassurance. We will forever be in your debt. Cheers
