Sailing Annapolis Boat Show
October 20, 2017 by Distant Shores TV | Language: EN Play Time: 00:13:14 | SAILING YOUTUBERS

The boat show season continues with the United States Sailboat Show in Annapolis, Maryland, a charming historic town where we meet up with many popular sailing authors, filmmakers, bloggers and vloggers. During this boat show, we’re based at the Discovery Yachts Group booth aboard the Southerly 540 on display. The layout is similar to that of our new boat, Distant Shores III, the new Southerly 480 we’re having built so we show you around. The weather is unseasonably warm for this year’s boat show and we speak with lots of Distant Shores fans who drop by the booth to say hello as they search for their dream boat and enjoy the sunshine. We also take you to a couple of the cruising seminars that we give each year at the show. The highlight of the weekend is an evening sail with friends aboard their Southerly 42, “Times Remembered”, where we’re treated to a sunset view of the town and boat show from the water.
