Building an Aluminum Boat – Design Part 1 with KM Yachtbuilders

Continuing with our project to build a custom aluminum boat, we begin a feasibility study with KM Yachtbuilders in the Netherlands by going through a series of key questions with owner, Eeuwe Kooi, to determine our design criteria. Using beautiful and informative footage taken on past cruises aboard our previous boats plus the lively discussion with Eeuwe, we explain the things that we liked and didn’t like about the 4 other boats we’ve owned during 31 years of international cruising and what features would make the perfect cruising boat for us.

Bonus: Download a complimentary .pdf of the questionnaire covered in this video to help you get clear on your own criteria for a new, or new-to-you, boat. http://eepurl.com/hygdIL
