WOW! 2022 was a big year for us, as it was the first year we operated year round between the mountains and the oceans. It was a lot of hard work but so fun to share to many memories with allllll these students, check out these stats!
(4) Sailboats operating in 2 different locations, there were even a few days that 4 Cruisers Academy Captains were working!
(76) CA-1 Graduates that took our 4 day course on Tahoe, many of these folks went on to buy their own boats- big or small! We just opened our summer 23’ dates for this course 😏
(100+) People that Ben brought sailing on either single day lessons, day or sunset charters, and two overnight expeditions!
We gave away our FIRST of many sailing scholarships for a CA-1 course!
(2) This number is a small one but VERY meaningful one- after over a year of trying to make our first Therapy Sailing Session come to life, it finally happened! We were able to take out cancer survivors and fighters as well as some injured athletes!
(19) crew that took our Intro to Cruising course with us on Lintika which means we sailed, slept, drank and ate together for a full three days aboard.
(18) Day sailors hopped on Lintika for either the Sail GP race or will be joining us for Fleet Week Oct. 7-9, there’s still some available spots for this event on our website!
(17) Kids Sailing Days. Ben did an OUTSTANDING job at getting local kids out on the lake and getting them tuned into nature 👏
(8) Youtube episodes released with 426k views! We somehow managed to find the time to also put our first ever Youtube series about diving in the Galapagos and are so proud that we have made time to re-ignite our love of filmmaking.
