Welcome to Episode 31 of Carpe Diem Sailing. In this episode I go over dressing appropriately for sailing, in fair weather and foul. I cover sun protection as well as dressing in layers when in adverse weather. I also talk about the various fabrics and materials to use in a layering system that will keep you warm and dry in foul weather.
