Eigentlich war ein Testsegeln geplant. Raus aus der Box - aber unter Motor bewegte sich die Neel 51 kaum noch. Also ging es direkt in die Liftbox.
Wir haben es schon vermutet: Der Faltpropeller war so stark bewachsen, dass nichtmal der Klappmechanismus mehr funktionierte. Ein gutes Beispiel dafür, dass nicht nur der Rumpf sauber bleiben muss sondern auch Propeller, Mechanik, Ruder, Bugstrahler, etc. – durch passendes Antifouling, regelmäßige Reinigung oder ganz pragmatisch: das Boot öfter bewegen.
Nicht jedes Gutachten läuft nach Plan. Aber genau deshalb schaut man hin, bevor man kauft. ⚓️
