Not a boat builder. Not a sailor. Steve built Arabella from scratch — cut the trees, milled the lumber, and planked her in white oak so she could handle this. Frozen solid in Newfoundland in April, and the door won’t even open.
Arabella is a 38ft gaff ketch built entirely by hand and sailed 6,000 miles up and down the eastern seaboard. This is what that looks like in winter.
