Took the ROV's boat out for a couple of shakedown cruises. ...more will be needed. Did some diving with the hookah system. And Ed cut the o-ring grooves deeper for an easier fit. All and all, good progress and a great way to beat the heat.

I was going to start wiring the ROV but I decided in stead to go ahead and complete building all of the parts first just in case there is a change they might involve wiring.

Making a mold for the dive wing, painting a fiberglass boat, sewing, cutting aluminum on a table saw, chicken shit TIG, and Bar-B-Q chicken.

We are going to add LED lighting to the ROV the housing for them will flood with water which will cool the LED's. But we want the water to flow smoothly so we heat formed a piece of acrylic to inclose the LEDs. Hopefully it will not refract the light too...

Love it when the bits and pieces start coming together. Not so much when water leaks inside. It's amazing what 2000 psi or the equivalent of 4300 feet of seawater will do. Stuff will leak that look perfectly watertight.

Potting the brushless motor windings, replacing the bearings, and congratulations to the "Name the Chickens Contest" winners. Lots of awesome suggestions. "Jesus who died for your hens." was one of our favorites.
