So yes we did find a bit of rotten plywood and fiberglass, but the important question is, is the hull underneath OK?
We begin the refit with THE most satisfying boat work ever.
This is part two of our first hurricane on our sailboat. And, we survive! All is well in the Evans boat home.
We have the sail of a lifetime zigging and zagging between boats all fleeing from Martha’s Vineyard, and drop the hook just inside of the Newport bridge.
Well here we are, we’ve set off and have started sailing the world. It took getting my dream job as a pilot, and now leaving it behind.
We are sailing nearly every day now, resting only long enough to edit videos and eat some food. And often not stopping for either of those reasons!
