° Please note: If you arrive late for your reservation, you will only be able to participate in the activity for the remaining time on your original reservation.

° Maximum 1 person on the jet ski with a MAX weight of 450 LBS.

° Reckless driving will not be tolerated and is non-refundable.

° Minimum age recommended for boarding 10+

° Minimum age required to drive 18+

° You can present either a printed or an electronic voucher for this activity

° We recommend you bring your own towel and dry clothes

° No pregnant women allowed

° This service requires a payment of $20.00 USD per Jetski CASH ONLY prior to boarding, payable in cash for use of marine natural elements (Art. 198 of the Act Federal rights)

° All customers must present a credit card and I.D. matching the credit card holder at the moment of check-in

° Persons under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other illicit substance are not allowed to participate in the tour and will not be able to get a refund.
