What’s included

• Each guest is allowed up to 2 bags at the standard rate. Additional bags are charged at drop off.
• We offer daytime luggage storage only, available from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Please plan accordingly.
• Our luggage storage facility is conveniently located just outside the Port of Vancouver

Not Included

• Overnight luggage storage is not available. All bags must be picked up by the end of the day.
• For guests with more than 2 bags, additional charges will apply and must be paid onsite.

Additional Information

• Wheelchair accessible
• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Service animals allowed
• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Transportation options are wheelchair accessible
• All areas and surfaces are wheelchair accessible
• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• The storage location is outside the cruise ship terminal.
• The storage facility is 1 block from the train station.
• Trains depart every 5 minutes from the nearby station.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
