Not Included

• Parking at Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor ($20.00 + tax valid for 8 hours paid at the Harbor)
• Optional Photo Package that contains 150-500 photos and videos of your tour!
• TRANSPORTATION POLICY:After checking in at our office, you MUST provide your own ride to the harbor.
• Hotel or Cruise Ship pick-up and drop-off
• Gratuity / Towels / Sunblock not included but recommended

Additional Information

• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• The morning tour (6:30 AM or 7:00 AM) is our most recommended tour due to calmer ocean conditions and more wildlife sightings.
• Raft tours will include seeing and possibly entering sea caves and snorkeling, but only if the ocean conditions are safe enough to do so. Your tour’s Captain will make this decision. (We do not snorkel in the sea caves.)
• We recommend booking early in your vacation in case of a weather cancellation, you have more time left in your vacation to rebook.
• Our tour departs from the west side of Kauai— We meet in Waimea at the Na Pali Riders office. Check in is 45 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
• When ocean conditions are not favorable for a Na Pali Coast tour or the minimum passenger count for the safety and stability of our vessel is not met, you will be offered the following: The option to rebook for a different date and time. The option for a full refund.
• You CANNOT attend if you are pregnant
• WARNING: The Zodiac© raft makes for a wild and rough ride. Due to the nature of the Nā Pali Ocean Raft Tour, you must be in good physical condition to attend this tour. We cannot accommodate pregnant women, anyone with back or neck problems, medical conditions or recent surgeries.
• Non-swimmers are prohibited from snorkeling.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This experience may be cancelled due to bad weather. This experience may be cancelled if there are not enough travelers.

You are required to check in 45 minutes before departure-Departure time is the time on your ticket.

TRANSPORTATION POLICY: After check-in is complete, we're headed to Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor – YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO THE HARBOR!

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT OUR LOCATION:
– Ensure waivers are completed for everyone in your party
– Get your dry bag and optional life jacket
– Use the restroom, pack your dry bag, take motion sickness medication & apply sunscreen
– Scan the QR code on the picnic table to complete your parking for the harbor
– Receive the safety briefing from the crew once all guests are checked in
– Once the safety briefing is complete you will get back into your vehicle and drive to Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor to board the boat for your adventure of a lifetime

DRIVING TIMES TO WAIMEA TOWN KAUA'I:
Please be considerate and plan ahead! Give yourselves MORE THAN ENOUGH driving time so that you arrive on time for your raft tour. We cannot stress this enough!
From Princeville – 1 hour 45 minutes
From Kapaa – 1 hour
From Lihue – 45 minutes
From Poipu – 35 minutes
From Kekaha – 15 minutes

Comfortable clothing
Swimsuit (wear it)

Hat (tie-down is recommended)
You will be barefoot on the raft tour (socks or water shoes are allowed)
