• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health

• EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP MUST CHECK-IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR ACTIVITY TIME
• All parasail flights are Tandem or Triple. Single flyers will be paired with another person at the captain's discretion.
• All pricing online is per person
• NO SHOW – NO REFUND
• If you want to ride on the boat and NOT parasail, you must purchase an observer ticket
• Please include a contact phone number and email address with reservation
• No refunds will be issued for any last minute downgrades that occur on the boat.
• Parasail tour is 1 hour on a shared boat ride. Parasail flight time is up to 8 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This experience may be cancelled due to bad weather. This experience may be cancelled if there are not enough travelers.

●　**CHECK-IN TIME / LOCATION**

EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP MUST CHECK-IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR ACTIVITY START TIME AT 1085 ALA MOANA BLVD SLIP F-1, HONOLULU, HI 96814. WE ARE LOCATED IN THE CORNER OF KEWALO BASIN HARBOR, IN FRONT OF A STOP SIGN WITH A JETSKI ON TOP OF OUR BOOTH.

DURATION: 1 HOUR (Shared Boat Ride)
ALL PARASAIL FLIERS MUST BE 5 YEARS AND OLDER
ALL AGES ARE WELCOME AS OBSERVERS WITH AN OBSERVER TICKET (INFANTS INCLUDED)
SORRY, NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PREGNANT WOMEN AS AN OBSERVER OR FLIER

●　**IF YOU ARE LATE OR NO SHOW**

NO REFUNDS for no-shows or if you miss your boat, NO EXCEPTIONS. We can rebook you to another day/time with a REBOOKING FEE OF $10 PER PERSON.

●　PARASAILING RIDE

We fly tandem or triple based on weather conditions, weight for balancing, and safety reasons and it is determined by the captain and crew. If you booked for 1 flyer, you will be paired with someone on the boat. We DO NOT fly singles. Generally, a combined weight of 450 – 550 lb. is our maximum limit under almost any weather condition.
