• No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol is allowed.
• Minimum age: 13 years old and all minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• You must sign a liability disclaimer letter, and in the case of minors must be signed by an adult.
• Participation in our experience will be denied to any person that does not comply with these safety restriction
• Puerto Vallarta is blessed with nearly year-round sunshine, which provides continuous near-perfect conditions. In the case of rain, strong winds, or in the worst-case scenario seaport closure, we will reschedule your flight without charge.
• Minimum weight: 77lbs (35 kg) Maximum weight: 264lbs (120 kg)

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This experience may be cancelled due to bad weather.

Important Information

Once you have arrived at the meeting point, the check-in process begins by providing your name or confirmation number to the Vallarta Parasailing Staff. You must be there 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
