• Wildlife: Sea turtles and other marine species live freely in their natural habitat; sightings cannot be guaranteed.
• Reef Protection: Look, but don’t touch. Touching, feeding, or removing coral and marine life is prohibited.
• Sunscreen Policy: Sunscreen is not permitted to protect the coral reef. A long-sleeve swim shirt or rash guard is recommended.
• What to Bring: Swimsuit, towel, sunglasses, dry clothes, rash guard, and cash for personal expenses.
• Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress accordingly.
• Weather & Sea Conditions: The snorkeling route and operation are subject to sea conditions and instructions from the port authority.
• Port Closure Guarantee: If the port authority closes the port due to adverse weather conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Swimming Ability: No previous snorkeling experience is required, but guests must feel comfortable entering open water and following the guide’s instructions.
