The pick-up time at your hotel is estimated so that our van may arrive at your hotel 5 – 10 minutes prior or after the designated pick-up.

Our staff may have to leave the hotel if they are unable to locate you because they must pick up other customers. If this occurs, you will need to transfer we do charge for extra (private car)
