Ixlaché may be replaced by El Meco or the Contoy inlet, while the included snorkeling experience will still be provided at an alternate location. No refund or partial refund applies, as the snorkeling activity remains included and is provided at an alternative location of comparable quality and safety.
Date Change & No-Show Policy Date change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date and pick-up time. Requests made less than 24 hours before the tour cannot be accepted. Guests who are not available at the confirmed pick-up location and time will be considered a No Show and charged 100% of the tour price. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be provided. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information and being ready on time.

Date Change, and No-Show Policy

Date change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date and pick-up time. Any requests received less than 24 hours before the tour, including last-minute requests made one hour or shortly before pick-up, cannot be accepted.

Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or are not available at the scheduled pick-up time will be considered a No Show.

In the event of a No Show, the reservation will be charged at 100% of the total tour price. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be provided.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details, being available at the confirmed pick-up location, and arriving on time to avoid missing the tour.
