• The drive to Villa Marina is about 1 to 1 1/2 hours from San Juan. Please check in at the dock by 8:30 am at the latest.
• We need to be informed in advance by phone if you are bringing a trained/certified service dog. Dog must have service dog tag/ID.
• If we need to cancel the charter due to weather you will not be charged. All determinations about weather cancellations are made by our captain. We watch the weather on an hourly basis, and in the tropics the weather is often locally specific. Please do not make the mistake of deciding not to arrive to your excursion because you think the weather might not be acceptable, as you will be charged as a no-show if the trip goes out.
• NO refund for NO SHOW or late arrival.
• It is mandatory to sign the waiver
• Pregnant woman and children under 4 years can not participate
• Minimum age is 4 years old. We will require proof of age.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This experience may be cancelled due to bad weather. This experience may be cancelled if there are not enough travelers.

Important Information

Meet at dock no later than 8:30am for check in. Catamaran departs 9am (no exceptions.)

Due to heavy morning traffic in the Metro Area we suggest to leave 1 1/2 hour prior to check in if coming from San Juan. Check in has to be in person at the dock

At the marina you will see boats to the left. Right after you see a Castillo sign on your left next to a small gate. You can park your vehicle on the street and check in with the crew.
We will return to the dock at 2:00 pm.
