• NOTE: The intention is always to visit Flamenco beach. However, if the local weather conditions warrants it or Captain understands is needed for safety reasons, we will visit another beach of the same quality
• Our offices are closed on SUNDAYS – Reservations made Saturday after 5 pm will not be revised until Monday at 9 am. If transportation is needed guest will not be able to set it up if reserved during this time. For cancellations request during this time please send us a message through Viator.
• SPECIAL NOTE: We encourage our guests to not reserve the tour on the same day of arrival to the Island. If the flight is delayed and the guest misses the tour the guest will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling.
• Maximum number of guests 32. Minimum required for tour to go out 12 guests. If minimum is not met the company will contact guest to reschedule.
• No Expecting Mothers (no exceptions)
• For safety reasons, children under 6 years old CANNOT participate in PURE ADVENTURE tour.
• Those who have epilepsy, back problems, heart conditions, dizziness, recent surgery or any other condition that may put life in risk are not allowed to participate in PURE ADVENTURE tour.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This experience may be cancelled due to bad weather. This experience may be cancelled if there are not enough travelers.

– We cannot provide transportation for same-day reservations. Please text us at 787-435-8830 to see if transportation is available for an additional cost NOT charged at the time of booking.
-If coming from San Juan please keep in mind the drive can be about 1 hour and 20-30 mins depending on traffic.
– For safety, pregnant women CANNOT do this tour.
-Any guest that arrives at a different location and is unable to do the tour no refund or rescheduling will be done. Any guests that are unable to get transportation and are unable to do the tour no refund or rescheduling will be done.
– Due to the limited amount of space and the time and effort our crew has put into each of our tours we will not make any exceptions regardless of the cancellation reason.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:
The tour is not canceled on rainy days, it is still safe. If the tour needs to be canceled for severe weather conditions the Company will contact the client and no charges will be made. Pure Adventure will decide if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions. Guests that decide not to complete the tour or are no-shows will NOT receive a refund.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION:

The primary goal with our guests is to provide a fun and safe adventure. Guests are expected to follow instructions at all times and maintain respectful behavior towards other guests and the crew. If guests do not comply with the safety rules and behavior Pure Adventure reserve the right to end the participation of the guest at any time.
