• If you selected transportation, please provide the name of your hotel at the time of booking. Your pickup time will be confirmed after we receive your reservation, as pickup times vary depending on your hotel location. Please be in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.
• Marina Meeting Point: Guests making their own way to the marina may check in directly at Gali Plaza, Local 39, Blvd. Paseo de la Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, across from the entrance to Hotel Finisterra. If hotel information is not provided at the time of booking, this will also be your meeting point. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
• Cruise Ship Guests: Cruise guests are welcome and may meet us directly at Gali Plaza in the Cabo San Lucas marina area. Please allow enough time to tender ashore and reach the meeting point before check-in.
• Transportation Reservations: Hotel transportation must be reserved and confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date to ensure service.
• Tour Departure Times: Tours depart Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 10:00 AM and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday at 12:00 PM.
• Snorkeling Location: Your guided snorkeling stop will take place at Santa Maria Bay or Chileno Bay. The location may vary by tour.
• Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and waterproof camera if desired. Please also bring your booking confirmation and a valid photo ID, as identification may be requested at boarding.
• The sailing and snorkeling experience lasts approximately 4 hours. Total experience time may be longer when roundtrip hotel transportation is selected.
• This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather.
• Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
• Children: Children are welcome to participate under adult supervision.
• Suitable for handicap people but there is not wheelchair access.
• Previous snorkeling experience is not required, but guests who wish to snorkel should know how to swim and feel comfortable swimming independently in open water. The crew will provide snorkeling instructions and life jackets.
• Physical Requirements: Guests should have good mobility and sufficient physical ability to get on and off the boat independently, including using the boat ladder when returning from the water.
