• Afternoon Tour check in is at 1:30pm SHARP, boat leaves at 2:00pm. Please plan accordingly.
• Morning Tour check in is at 7:30 am SHARP, boat leaves at 8:00am . Please plan accordingly.
• The drive to Safe Harbor Marina Puerto del Rey is about an hour from San Juan, please arrive 45 minutes prior to departure tour time.
• Snorkeling gear including mask, snorkel, fins and floating belts are also included in the package. You may bring your own if you wish.
• Free parking available and walking distance from vessel.
• Valid Driver License or Government Issued ID is REQUIRED for check-in (NO exceptions).
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If experience is cancelled due to not meeting minimum number of travelers, you will be offered a different date or full refund.
• This experience requires good weather. If experience is cancelled due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
• Our vessel is US Coast Guard Certified for up to 49 passengers and we are only accepting a maximum of 40 passengers to ensure the best experience and comfort throughout our tour.
• Please bring a towel and wear a swimsuit underneath beach clothes or cover-ups.
• Pets and service animals are not allowed due to the nature of the tour and limited space.
• Not allowed onboard: beach chairs, umbrellas, strollers, coolers and hookahs.
• Not allowed: children under 3 years old and pregnant women due to safety reasons.
• If you are prone to motion sickness an over the counter motion sickness remedy is highly recommended 1 hour prior to check in.
• Customer with food allergies or dietary restrictions: we respectfully request that you bring a packed lunch or meal that meets your specific dietary needs and allergy requirements.
• This tour does not include ground transportation. You will not be offered a refund or rescheduled if you were not able to arrange transportation services in advance.
• Destination of predilection is Icacos Island. However, we may need to make last minute changes and deviate to a different location nearby if sea conditions change or if there is any other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the customer experience. We will always do our very best to take the customer to best area and provide the most enjoyable and safest experience.
• No shows or late arrivals are non-refundable and WILL NOT have the option of moving to another time or date. The costumer will need to pay for a new reservation if they which to go another day.
• Pregnant travelers not permitted due to safety reasons. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This experience may be cancelled due to bad weather. This experience may be cancelled if there are not enough travelers.

Important Information

* Afternoon tours check in-1:30pm sharp

*Upon arrival at Safe Harbor Puerto Del Rey Marina please inform the security guard at the gate you have a tour with Caribe Bliss Tours located in Slip#8102 in Esplanade.

*After passing the main gate you will see a STOP sign, please turn left. Go up and down the hill and park to the left side on the gravel parking lot . Once you get out of your car, if you are facing the water we are the second boat on the left closest to land or mangrove. Keep left at all times. (Parking is free)

*Picture Id and credit card used to pay for tour are required at check in.

*Vessel departs as scheduled. Late arrivals and no shows will NOT be refunded or rebooked.

*This experience requires a minimum number of passengers. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers (15) to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternate date or full refund.

*This experience requires good weather. If it's cancelled due to weather you will be offered a different date or a full refund.

*Due to the nature of this shared tour and for safety reasons the following are not allowed: smoking, pets, service dog, people with back problems, recent surgeries or any serious medical conditions, pregnant women, children under 3 years old (no exceptions).

*Tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication, show disrespectful or violent behavior towards the crew or other participants.

*This tour is intended to provide the most blissful, safest and enjoyable experience for all passengers. While alcoholic drinks are served for your enjoyment please understand THIS IS NOT a booze cruise. That being said, if you are looking for a trip to get excessively drunk this tour is not for you.

*Not permitted: coolers and alcoholic beverages other than the ones offered by the operator.
