• Late check in for over 15 minutes will automatically cancel the trip and will incur full booking charge. i
• For Beginner divers, failed medical questionnaire at checkin will forfeit all reimbursement, refund and free rescheduling.
• Must not dive 18 hours prior to flying; Failure to inform 48hours prior will incur full booking charge

Please meet at our dive shop 15 minutes prior to the scheduled dive time. If you are late beyond 15 minutes of your trip schedule, your trip will be cancelled as no show, without reimbursement.

We do not accept email changes or cancellations. You must call the shop to initiate.

Important Policy Information and Disclaimer:
+ If you are scuba diving: **You cannot fly and dive on the same day**. Depending on the diving depth, you are advised to wait a **minimum of 18 hours** after your dive before boarding an airplane. It can increase your risk of **Decompression Sickness** or **"the bends"** due to decreased ambient pressure on the plane. It's your responsibility to inform the shop for your flight schedule.

+ While safety comes firstly, fun always follows. Do not consume alcohol or anything that may cause drowsy, lethargic or impaired decision making before your trip. We reserve the right to deny service without refund.

+You can't dive if you are pregnant.

+ For beginners, non-certified divers or new students, it's your responsibility to carefully review the PADI discovery diver information and medical questionnaires.

Cancellations due to absence of required Medical consent after the cancellation period forfeit any reimbursement.

For any damaged the rental gear including wetsuit due to negligence of the customer, the customer is responsible to reimburse in full to Waikiki Dive Center.
