• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Please note that only guests aged 10 – 60 are allowed to participate in the activity.
• Please note that to access the river you need to walk through stairs down around 15 minutes and about the same time on the way up at finish point
• Life vests are supplied, and you have to wear it all the time during rafting activity
• Rafting will led by an instructor to ensure your comfort and safety
• Travelers are advised to wear light, comfortable clothing (preferably made of dry-fit material) and bring a change of clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, caps or hats, a swimsuit, a camera, and some petty cash.
• Duration of rafting is 2 hours . If you choose the option with swing or monkey forest , duration will be 6 – 7 hours depends on your hotel location

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This experience may be cancelled due to bad weather.

• Dress code: swim suit or comfortable T-shirt and shorts
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
• Not recommended for participants with back problems
• Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions
• Not recommended for pregnant women
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• The exact pick up time will be informed at the time your accommodation details are received
