The New River Gorge is the second oldest river in the world. Coursing through a 1000′ deep canyon that is lined with soaring sandstone cliffs it is no surprise that this area was recently designated as a National Park. Wildlife sightings are abundant and guests will finish their river trip beneath the famous single arch expansion bridge known as the New River Gorge Bridge.
