Stand Up Paddle Boarding Activity on Kauai

Since 1983, we’ve been introducing visitors to ocean sports at beautiful Kalapaki Beach, one of Kauai’s best locations for learning to stand-up paddle. With the experienced local instructors provide personalized coaching in small groups, ensuring every guest receives plenty of individual attention. You’ll learn proper paddling technique, balance, turning, and water safety using premium, stable paddleboards, a leash, and a rash guard—all included. The calm, protected waters of Kalapaki Bay create ideal conditions for beginners, while its reputation as Kauai’s premier SUP surf break offers the opportunity to progress as your confidence grows. Whether it’s your first time on a paddleboard or you’re looking to improve your skills, friendly team, quality equipment, and over 40 years of teaching experience make this an unforgettable Kauai adventure. Requirements: Participants must be at least 10 years old and comfortable swimming in open water.
