• Conditions between Santa Maria and Chileno Bay may vary daily. If crossing conditions are not ideal, the experience may remain within one protected bay while still enjoying kayaking, snorkeling, and beach time. Partial refunds are not provided for ocean-condition route adjustments
• This experience requires favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to unsafe weather, ocean conditions, or operational restrictions, guests will be offered an alternative date or full refund
• No locker facilities are available, but belongings may usually remain inside the transportation vehicle during the activity
• Not recommended for travelers with back problems, pregnancy, or serious heart conditions
• Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed
• Medical refund requests require an official same-day doctor’s certificate and prior notification before activity start time

• If you do not receive your final pick-up time or meeting instructions at least 24 hours before your tour, please contact us directly.

• You do not need a printed voucher — your guide will simply ask for the reservation name upon arrival.

• Please arrive on time at the agreed meeting point or pick-up location. Guides arrive at the scheduled time and wait a maximum of 5 minutes.

• Ocean routes and activity flow may occasionally be adjusted depending on daily conditions to prioritize guest safety and the best overall experience

• Shared tours may be canceled up to 24 hours before the experience start time for a full refund. Private tours may be canceled up to 48 hours before the experience start time for a full refund

• No-shows and late arrivals are charged in full
