Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure. Guests must arrive early, as late arrivals will miss the boat. It is recommended to arrive 45 minutes prior to departure.

The Boston Harbor City Cruises Ticket Center is located on Long Wharf, next to the Marriott Hotel. The Ticket Center has a statue of a Humpback whale on its roof.

PARKING:
Parking garages are available nearby at such areas as Rowes Wharf, The Marriott Hotel, and The Boston Harbor Garage (within easy walking distance).
