• Hot air ballooning is weather-dependent. If the balloon flight is cancelled due to weather, only the balloon portion is partially refunded. The wine tour is non‑refundable and operates 9:00 AM–5:00 PM from San Francisco or 10:00 AM–4:00 PM from Sonoma/Napa.
• Kids must be 7 years old or older.
• Our policy regarding passengers with disabilities: Sorry, our vehicles are not equipped for passengers with disabilities and therefore, our commercial insurance doesn’t allow us to transport persons with any kind of disabilities for the sake of their own safety and well-being

Please simply show your private tour guide a proof of this tour reservation upon the pickup at your hotel or home in San Francisco. We offer a complimentary pickup and drop off anywhere in downtown San Francisco or Fisherman’ Wharf. Experience the most thrilling Hot Air balloon rides in Napa Valley Wine Country and Taste Napa Valley premium wines from the finest terroirs in prestigious chateau wineries. This must-do attraction is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. This is an 8-hour guided tour (door to door when leaving from San Francisco or 6 hours when leaving from Napa or Sonoma Valley).

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation due to unforeseen weather conditions: Your hot-air balloon ride will be scheduled before sunrise depending on weather conditions. Your safety is our #1 priority. Some rides may launch out of other sites: Lake County, Yolo County, Pope Valley, or other surrounding counties when Napa weather conditions don’t allow us to fly from there.
Non-refundable for No-Show: Our office staff will notify you by 5:00 pm the day prior to your hot-air balloon tour/ ride and give you an update on the weather forecasted and pickup time (generally, we pick you between 4 and 5 am at your hotel in San Francisco ). If we are unable to reach you before 5 pm the day prior to your balloon ride because you don’t respond to your email or cell phone or because you decided not to return our calls, your driver will still show up at 4 am as scheduled , if you don’t wake up , this will be considered as a no-show; therefore, you tour is cancelled and will totally non-refundable as per your refund and cancellation policy.
Refundable Portion of the balloon ride: If you decide to cancel with our office staff the day prior to your balloon ride before 5 pm , your tour guide will pick you up at 9 am instead of 4 am and proceed with the wine tour as scheduled because the wine tour portion of this travel package is not refundable
