❌ Drivers cannot search for passengers at multiple locations.
❌ Missed departures due to being at the wrong location are considered a no-show.

OPTION 1: BANFF TRAIN STATION
If your booking confirmation says "Banff Train Station," you MUST wait at the Banff Train Station pick-up area.

✔ Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
✔ Remain at the Train Station until your shuttle arrives.
✔ Do NOT go to Mount Royal Bus Terminal.

OPTION 2: MOUNT ROYAL BUS TERMINAL
If your booking confirmation says "Mount Royal Bus Terminal," you MUST wait at the Mount Royal Bus Terminal.

✔ Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
✔ Remain at the Bus Terminal until your shuttle arrives.
✔ Do NOT go to Banff Train Station.
