Unlike traditional ticket sales, we don’t just leave you with a QR code. Before your cruise you receive the exact boarding instructions via WhatsApp: where the pier is, how to arrive, what to present and how sooner to arrive — boarding is the main source of confusion on Seine cruises and we solve it for you. You have customer service in Spanish and English before and during boarding. Your ticket is completely flexible: no date or time, valid 12 months, choose the departure you want. And if you prefer zero logistics, you add private door-to-door transfer with driver who speaks your language. We are a receptive operator based in Paris: when you write, a person who is here responds.
