• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the tour departure time.
• The tour is not suitable for wheelchair users. There is a short walk from the meeting point to the point of embarkation.
• The stop in Murano allows you an optional visit to a glass factory with a short demonstration of the art of blown glass, and also some free time. During the stop in Burano you can visit a store of laces or you can enjoy of some free time. If the optional visits in the program are not undertaken, you are strongly required to comply with the timetable set out by the staff: the excursion will head back at the scheduled time, without waiting.
• There will be no refund in case of NO-SHOW (non-attendance at the start of the tour at the allocated time and at the meeting point indicated on the voucher) and/or rejection of the service on the day; if customers wander off during the tour; or if they decide to leave the tour before the end of the service.
• This is a multilingual and collective tour, which means there might be other participants who have booked it.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This experience may be cancelled due to bad weather.

Important Information

• Meeting point: Piers 1, 2 and 3 in front of Palazzo Cornoldi in Riva degli Schiavoni 4142 (4 bridges away from St. Mark's Square, approx. 7-minute walk). Here you will find an assistant who will show you the exact boat of the company IL DOGE DI VENEZIA.
• Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior departure time
• The exact boarding pier will be indicated by the assistant who will welcome you at the meeting point.
• Collective tour (there might be other participants going on the tour with you).
• The tour is not suitable for medium and big-size dogs. Only small size dogs with muzzle are admitted on board.
• The tour is not suitable for wheelchair use
• There is a short walk from the meeting point to the point of embarkation.
• The stop in Murano (approx. 1 hour) allows you an optional visit to a glass factory with a short demonstration of the art of blown glass, and also some free time. The stop in Burano (approx. 1 hour and 30 min.) can be organized totally by yourself, so you can enjoy of some free time. If the optional visits in the program are not undertaken, you are strongly required to comply with the timetable set out by the staff: the excursion will head back at the scheduled time, without waiting.

• The tour has a variable duration (4 to 4.5 hours) based on the number of participants and resulting type of vessel used.
• No credit or refunds will be given in the case of a no show (if you don't show up at the meeting point at the time indicated on your voucher).
