• Luggage may be brought only if our team confirms it before the service and the assigned vehicle has enough room available. If you need to travel with luggage, please contact us in advance so we can review your transportation arrangement. Space is limited, and luggage acceptance is not guaranteed.
• This tour only accepts travelers from the pickup areas listed in the Transportation section. Joining the group directly in Bacalar, at any attraction included in the itinerary, or from any point outside the authorized service zones is not permitted. For example, meeting the group in Bacalar with your own vehicle is not allowed. However, pickup from a hotel located within the listed coverage area, such as Moon Palace Resort, may be possible. For safety, communication, and proper organization, all travelers must meet our team in the morning at the assigned pickup location, board our transportation, and complete check in before the tour begins.
• If your reservation does not yet have a confirmed hotel or meeting point, you must send this information to our team no later than the day before the tour. From Monday to Saturday, the cutoff time is 21:50 hrs, GMT minus 5. On Sundays, the cutoff time is 8:00 PM, GMT minus 5. You may provide the details through any of our available contact channels. After this time, last minute pickup arrangements can no longer be made. If the required information is not received on time, the reservation will automatically be moved to the next available date. This change has no cost or penalty, but once the automatic rescheduling applies, the booking is no longer eligible for a refund.
• The itinerary times show the full estimated duration of each segment. This may include travel between locations, time spent at the stop, and the time needed to continue the route or return. These durations should not be interpreted as the exact amount of time spent only inside each attraction. Please review the itinerary for the approximate timing details.
• We always do our best to follow the planned schedule, but timing also depends on travelers being ready at the assigned pickup time and returning punctually at each stop. Traffic conditions may also affect the route and are beyond our control. Please help keep the day organized by respecting the meeting times and the time allowed at each location. Even a small delay can accumulate throughout the day and affect the overall schedule.
• The box lunch included with this experience is served as a fixed option. It is part of the standard meal service and cannot be modified for special diets, food restrictions, or personal food preferences.
